In the event that a Quest Systems product or service is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price if lower than our standard price for the product. Quest Systems reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. In the event your credit card has been charged, a full refund will be issued equal to the incorrect amount. The same will apply in the case of over-charging by us also.
Any fees paid to Quest Systems for the provision of services listed on our website, unless otherwise stated, are quoted in Indian Rupees. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with our services using one of our accepted payment methods.
Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are not able to attend the Workshop/Training/Counselling session/Course/Internship, we will refund the money but the money is not refundable after joining if you leave at any time for any reason. Please read the following cancellation and refund policy before you pay for any services provided by Quest Systems.
For online counselling, please make sure that you have Broadband/Fibernet/4G connection. If there is any problem from the client’s internet connection, you can give another time -slot convenient to you and to the counsellor as soon as possible.
For courses/workshop/training, if you miss a session(s) or class(es) of a workshop/course/training/internship, no refund can be requested for the missed sessions. Also, certificate will not be provided if, in the opinion of the facilitator the candidate has missed critical portions of the session.
In such a case, facilitator of the course/training has the right to withhold the certificate.
The client understands and agrees that the total invoice amount (bill value) will include Quest Systems’ fee and the applicable tax. However, the refund would be calculated only on the Quest Systems fee. The tax component is non-refundable at any stage.
If paid by any gateway, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of paying for our services, to the account attached to the Debit Card/Netbanking/UPI. If paid in Cash/Direct Deposit or IMPS or NEFT the refund will be made in cash to the person authorized by the client.
